"As we know, women DO speak volumes - and this is not the last you've heard from us."

This pamphlet represents the second phase of Women Speak Volumes: Celebrating Creativity by Older Women - three sets of five workshops in Leicester, Sutton and Plymouth, all encouraging older women to write and instilling a sense of self-belief in their ability to be creative.

The sessions were full of eureka moments and collective recognition of how far each woman had come. Many of us involved in the Plymouth workshops have stayed in touch and continue to meet up to support, encourage and critique each other's work. Three of my poems, all titled My Father's Teapot, are included.
